Spinach
Spinach is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Niacin and Zinc, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate
Egg
This food is a good source of Riboflavin, Vitamin B12 and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Protein and Selenium.
Onion
Very good source of Vitamin C.Rich in Dietary Fiber, Vitamin B6, Folate, Potassium and Manganese.

How to make Egg Spinach Rice

Ingredients

1 cup of Rice
1 cup of Chopped Spinach
1 no of Egg
2 tbsp of Chopped onion
1/4 spn. of Cumin seeds
1/4 spn. of Turmeric powder
1 pinch of Pepper(optional)
1 spn. of Butter/ghee
Salt as required

Method

Step 01


Cook rice,drain it and keep aside

Step 02


Heat butter in a pan.

Step 03


Add cumin seeds adn onion.Saute for a while.

Step 04


Add spinach.saute for 1/2 minute.Add turmeric powder and salt.Cover lid of pan and cook for 1-2 min in low flame.

Step 05


Open lid and add egg.Stir well.Add crushed pepper

Step 06


Now add cooked rice and mix well.Add salt if needed.cover lid again and cook for 1 minute in low flame.
