    Easy homemade no bake energy balls recipe

    Energy balls are healthy snacks that are super easy to make and good for our sugar cravings. This power boost recipe is fully loaded with protein and many other nutrients. You can have this snack all the time you want and there is no added sugar in it. All what you need for making this energy balls are: oats, peanut butter, honey, dates,flax seeds, chia seeds, raisins, etc. You can also add whatever healthy things you like in this energy balls. Both adults and kids like this energy filled snack. Hope you all will try this super energy snack.

    2 tbsp of Peanut butter
    1 cup of Multigrain oats
    1 tbsp of Honey
    1 tbsp of Water
    1.4 cup of Chopped dates
    2 tbsp of Raisins
    1 spn. of Coconut oil
    1 tbsp of Shredded coconut
    2 tbsp of Date syrup
    1 pinch of salt


    Step 01

    Dry roast multigrain oats.

    Step 02

    When oats get golden color and gives nice aroma, turn off the flame. Keep aside.

    Step 03

    Add peanut butter in a bowl. Add honey, water and mix well (To reduce the thick consistnecy of peanut butter).

    Step 04

    Add roasted oats, chopped dates, flax seed powder, raisins, shredded coconut, chia seeds.

    Step 05

    Mix well for 2-3 minutes.

    Step 06

    Add coconut oil dates syrup (optionl). Mix well for 1 minutes.

    Step 07

    Make lemon sized balls from the mix. You can preserve this for 2-3 weeks in refrigerator.
