Capsicum
Rich in vitamin A & C which is important for healthy skin, boosts the immune system, and aids in night blindness.
Apple
Good source of Dietary Fiber and Vitamin C.very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium
Cabbage
Cabbage is a very good source of vitamin K and Vitamin C.
Onion
Very good source of Vitamin C.Rich in Dietary Fiber, Vitamin B6, Folate, Potassium and Manganese.
Ingredients
1/4 cup of Chopped Onion
1/4 cup of Chopped Apple
3 tbsp. of Chopped Cabbage
1/4 cup of Chopped Capsicum
2 tbsp. of Grated Carrot
1 spn. of Lemon juice
1 spn. of Olive oil
Salt as required
Method
Step 01
Mix lemon juice,olive oil and salt together.
Step 02
Combine all the chopped vegetable,grated carrot and apple in a glass bowl.
Step 03
Drizzle with dressing.Serve fresh.
