Fruit cake is a unique and delicious cake made with fresh fruits. The crunchy taste of fruits with soft cake and cream is heavenly. I made this cake for the new year and everyone liked this colorful cake. My kids love to eat fruits So I planned to try this cake, tried it, and came out well. The cake tastes delicious for the next day. So try to bake, do the icing, and keep in the refrigerator for 12 hours then decorate it with fruits.

Here I have used a fruit cocktail and fresh fruits for making this cake. Fruit cocktail is nothing but fruits preserved in sugar syrup. It is completely optional to use a fruit cocktail instead you can chop the fruits, soak in sugar syrup, and 1 spoon of lemon juice overnight. Then decorate the cake with these fruits.
