1/4 of one ripe papaya
1/2 of one plantain
5 no of dates
10 no of nuts
Fruit Custard Preparation Method
Cut fruits of your choice and keep in refrigerator.
Mix 2 tbsp. of custard powder in 4 tbsp. of milk and make a smooth paste.
Boil remaining milk.Add sugar and stir well.
Add custard mix and stir continuously until it becomes thick.(low flame)
Remove from fire and allow to cool.
When it comes to room temperature, refrigerate. It will become more thick when cooled.
Arrange fruits in a bowl and pour the custard over it just before serving.
- If your custard is too thick, just blend it using mixer grinder(My kid don’t like the thick custard. So I just put the custard mix in grinder and blended for 2-3 seconds to make a pouring consistency 🙂
- You can add condensed milk for more taste instead of sugar
