Fruit Custard
Yummy and easy custard with lots of fruits :).
Fruit custard is an easy to make dessert.It is a tricky way to make your kid to eat fruits 😉 .You can add any fruits of your choice and dry fruits also.I am sure you all will love this crunchy fruit custard.
Ingredients
3 tbsp. of Vanilla flavored custard powder
500 ml of milk
4 tbsp. of Sugar
Mixed fruits of desired amount
1 Apple
1/4 of one ripe papaya
1 banana
1/2 of one plantain
5 no of dates
10 no of nuts
Fruit Custard Preparation Method
Step 01
Cut fruits of your choice and keep in refrigerator.
Step 02
Mix 2 tbsp. of custard powder in 4 tbsp. of milk and make a smooth paste.
Step 03
Boil remaining milk.Add sugar and stir well.
Step 04
Add custard mix and stir continuously until it becomes thick.(low flame)
Step 05
Remove from fire and allow to cool.
Step 06
When it comes to room temperature,refrigerate.It will become more thick when cooled.
Step 07
Arrange fruits in a bowl and pour the custard over it just before serving.
Note :
- If your custard is too thick,just blend it using mixer grinder(My kid don’t like the thick custard.So I just put the custard mix in grinder and blended for 2-3 seconds to make a pouring consistency 🙂
- You can add condensed milk for more taste instead of sugar
