Delicious Indian side dish perfect for tea time
Restaurant style delicious crispy Dry Gobi 65 Recipe.Blanched cauliflower florets coated with spicy batter and deep fried till golden brown.It is actually a very simple dish we can prepare within 20 minutes.You can serve this as a starter or side dish with fried rice,chapathi etc…We can prepare lot many dishes with cauliflower like cauliflower fried rice,paratha,gobi manchoorian etc… I would like to share my gobi dishes with you.Gobi Manchoorian,Cauliflower fried rice
How to make Gobi 65
20 Cauliflower florets(gobi)
1 TS of Ginger garlic paste
1/4 S of Turmeric powder
3/4 of Chilli powder(Kashmiri chilli)
1/2 S of Garam masala/Chicken masala
2 TS of Besan flour
Salt as required
2 springs Curry leaves
5 no of Green chillies
Oil for deep fry
Marinate cauliflower florets with besan flour,chilli powder,turmeric powder,chicken masala/Garam masala,ginger garlic paste,salt and 1 TS of water.
Keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Deep fry gobi till crispy and golden brown.
Finally fry green chillies and curry leaves until crisp..
Serve hot with black tea.
