Gobi fry is tasty and crispy snack made with cauliflower. Hindi word of cauliflower is ‘phool gobi’. It is an easy to make side dish with few ingredients. In this gobi fry recipe, I have added rice flour to get good crispiness.

We can prepare lot many dishes with cauliflower like Gobi Manchoorian, Cauliflower fried rice, Gobi manchurian, gobi 65 etc.. Hope you all will like this recipes.

How to make crispy gobi fry

Ingredients

20 Cauliflower florets(gobi)
1 spn. of ginger garlic paste
1/4 spn. of turmeric powder
3/4 of chilli powder(Kashmiri chilli)
1/2 spn. of garam masala/Chicken masala
1 spn. of besan flour(chickpea flour)
1 spn. of rice flour
2 tbsp. of chopped coriander leaves
Salt as required
2 springs chopped curry leaves
5 no of chopped green chillies
Oil for deep fry

Method

Step 01


Take a bowl and mix all ingredients except cauliflower and oil to make a thick paste. Add 1 tbsp of water while making the paste.

Step 03


Marinate cauliflower petals with this paste. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Step 04


Heat oil in a kadai. Deep fry gobi till crispy and golden brown.

Step 05


Serve hot.
