Gobi Manchurian
Gobi Manchurian is a very popular Chinese dish.

Ingredients
1 cup of Cauliflower florets
For batter
2 tbsp. of Corn flour
1/4 spn. of Pepper powder
2 pinch of Kashmiri Chilli powder
Salt to taste
For Sauce
1 tbsp. of Corn flour
1 tbsp.of Soya sauce
2 tbsp. of Tomato sauce
1 no of Onion
1 no of Capsicum
1 tbsp. of Finely Chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp. of Finely Chopped ginger
2 no of Finely Chopped green chilli
1 spn. of Vinegar
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. of Oil
Gobi Manchurian Preparation Method
Step 01
Wash cauliflower and cut florets in to medium pieces.
Step 02
Chop onion and capsicum in square shape.Keep aside.
Step 03
Make a thick batter of cornflour,pepper powder,chilli powder and salt.
Step 04
Marinate florets with this batter in refrigerator for 20 minutes.Deep fry and keep aside.
Step 05
Heat oil in a pan.
Step 06
Add chopped onion,capsicum and green chilli.Fry till onion gets golden brown.
Step 07
Add chopped garlic and ginger.Saute well for 1 min.
Step 08
Add soya sauce,tomato sauce,salt and vinegar.
Step 09
Now add the cornflour mixture and mix until the sauce thickens.
Step 10
Add the fried florets and mix well.Turn off the flame.
Step 11
Garnish with spring onion.
