Green gram Dosa

Healthy and tasty dosa made with green gram(cherupayar)


  • 1 cup of Greengram(cherupayar)
  • 1 cup of Unboiled rice (Pachari)
  • 1/4 cup of Urd dal
  • 1 no of Green chilli
  • Salt to taste


Step 01

Soak greengram , unboiled rice and urd dal together in water for 8 hour.

Step 02

Grind and keep a whole night.

Step 03

Heat non stick pan. Add salt and Chopped green chillies.Make dosa(pour a laddle of batter in to pan and spread from center to edges in circular motion).

Step 04

Sprinkle ghee while making dosa for kids.
