Healthy and delicious kheer made with broken wheat. It is an easy to make recipe with few ingredients. This kheer is liked by toddlers to old age people. Even diabetic patients can have this kheer (little 🙂 ). There is no sugar and milk is added in this recipe. The goodness of broken wheat and jaggery(full of iron) makes this dish a super food. I have also added some ghee roasted plantain and raisins to make this kheer more yummy. I made this for my little ones. It is their all time favorite dish .
