Refreshing Salad

Salads can be healthy, satisfying meals on their own or perfect accompaniments to main dishes.

How to make healthy refreshing salad


  • 1 medium sized of Onion
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 2 large Carrot
  • 1 cup of pomegranate
  • 4 green chilli soaked in vinegar
  • 1 tspn. of lemon juice
  • Salt as required


Step 01

Mix lemon juice and salt together.

Step 02

Combine all the sliced vegetable and pomegranate in a glass bowl.

Step 03

Mix it with lemon juice salt mixture and serve fresh.

Note : Salads keep us healthy and energetic always.Try to increase the intake of salad and avoid junk foods and snacks
