Idli Podi | Idli Milagai Podi
Homemade Chutney powder – Delicious and healthy side dish for Idli or Dosa
Idli powder is a traditional side dish of south Indian homes. It is very useful for working women to save their time in the working days. Spend 1/2 hour in weekend to prepare this and you can store this even for a month. Idli podi goes well with Set Dosa,Idli and Dosa. I have already tried Thenga chammanthi podi (Coconut chutney powder),Chemmeen podi(Dry prawns chutney powder) and Idli podi( Ud dal chutney powder). Please try out this recipe and don’t forget to post your comments and feedback.
