Idli Podi | Idli Milagai Podi

Homemade Chutney powder – Delicious and healthy side dish for Idli or Dosa

Idli powder is a traditional side dish of south Indian homes. It is very useful for working women to save their time in the working days. Spend 1/2 hour in weekend to prepare this and you can store this even for a month. Idli podi goes well with Set Dosa,Idli and Dosa. I have already tried Thenga chammanthi podi (Coconut chutney powder),Chemmeen podi(Dry prawns chutney powder) and Idli podi( Ud dal chutney powder).
