Homemade meatball manchurian recipe. Meatballs are very easy to prepare and we can make lots of dishes with the meatballs. I have already posted a meatball Manchurian recipe with ready-made meatballs.I hope you all will like this delicious manuchurian recipe.

How to make meatball manchurian?


For making meatballs
1/2 kg of chicken keema
250g of breadcrumps
2 tbsp of cornflour
1tbsp of crushed garlic/ garlic powder
salt as per taste
1/2 spn of herb mix (optional)
Oil for fry

For Manchurian
2 no of onion.
2 no of capsicum
3 tbsp. of finely chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp. of finely chopped ginger
2 tbsp. of chopped coriander leaves
1/2 spn. of sugar(optional)
1/2 spn. of vinegar
1 tbsp. of soya sauce
2 tbsp. of tomato sauce
1 tbsp. of cornflour(for making sauce)
Oil as required
salt as required


Step 01

Take cleaned chicken keema in a bowl.

Step 02

Add herbs, salt and cornflour. Mix well.

Step 03

Add bread crumbs little by little and knead to smooth dough.

Step 04

Make small lemon sized balls from the dough and deep fry in oil till golden color

Step 05

Manchurian Gravy

Step 01

Heat oil in same pan.

Step 02

Add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Fry till golden color.

Step 03

Add finely chopped onion and capsicum. Saute well for 1-2 min.

Step 04

Add pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 05

Add meatballs and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Step 06

Add sugar(optional), vinegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt. Mix well.

Step 07

Dilute 1 tbsp of cornflour in 4 TS of water.

Step 08

Add cornflour mixture and cook till the mixture thickens slightly.

Step 09

Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot with fried rice, noodles,chappati or naan.
