Mango Lassi

Yummy refreshing drink made with yogurt and mango.

Summer season is here and it is the time for mangoes. Mangoes are the most widely consumed fruit in the world. It contains around 20 + vitamins and minerals. We can make lots of sweet and savory dishes with mangoes. The best way to enjoy a mango is diced fresh, just by itself :D. Anything with mango is delicious. We can prepare mango shake,mango ice cream,mango juice like so many things with mango. I had lassi first when I cam to bangalore after marriage. My husband is a great lassi fan. He used to make plain lassi( yogurt and sugar) almost every weekend. So I became a lassi fan. So tried so many lassi like banana lassi, strawberry lassi, mango lassi etc… Mango lassi is so simple and easy to make. Yogurt and mango combination is so healthy and tasty. Come!! Enjoy the heavenly taste of mango lassi.. πŸ™‚


    1 no of Mango
    ΒΌ ltr of Curd
    1 tbsp of Sugar

Mango lassi Preparation Method

Step 01

Wash,peel off and slice mangoes.

Step 02

Put all the ingredients in blender and blend for 2 minutes,

Step 03

Pour into individual glasses and serve.(You can sprinkle a little cardamom but not necessary)
