Mathi Pollichathu in banana leaf
Traditional mathi pollichathu recipe in malabar style
Mathi pollichahtu is a delicious spicy fish recipe in Kerala style. I tired karimeen pollichathu few days back and it was delicious. We used to prepare dishes with sardine (mathi) 2-3 days a week. Sardine is rich in omega 3 and is very healthy compared to other big fishes. When I tried karimeen pollichathu, I thought we can prepare this with any fish like sardine, mackerel etc… So prepared one day and it came out well. I have already posted ayala pollicahthu with step by step photos few days back. Hope you all will try these recipes too. You can also find other delicious Karimeen recipes like
