Meatball Manchurian
Easy Manchurian recipe with ready made meatballs.
Meatball Manchurian recipe to surprise your guests!. This is an easy to make, delicious chicken meatball dish with store-bought meatballs. This Chinese dish is a perfect side dish for fried rice, chapathi, parrotta etc. Manchurian recipes are something I always order whenever I go to Chinese restaurants.
The sweet and sour taste of gobi manchurian and egg chilli make them my all-time favorites. I have also posted the recipe of homemade meatball manchurian. Hope you all will like these recipes. Please try it out and let me know how it turned out for you.

Ingredients
1/2 kg of meatballs.
2 no of onion.
2 no of capsicum
3 tbsp. of finely chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp. of finely chopped ginger
2 tbsp. of chopped coriander leaves
1/2 spn. of sugar(optional)
1/2 spn. of vinegar
1 tbsp. of soya sauce
2 tbsp. of tomato sauce
1 tbsp. of cornflour(for making sauce)
Oil as required
salt as required
Method
Step 01
Heat 2 spn. of oil in a pan. Shallow fry meatballs till golden brown color. Remove from pan and keep aside.
Step 02
Heat oil in same pan.
Step 03
Add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Fry till golden color.
Step 04
Add finely chopped onion and capsicum. Saute well for 1-2 min.
Step 05
Add pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Step 06
Add meatballs and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 07
Add sugar(optional), vinegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt.Mix well.
Step 08
Dilute cornflour in 4 TS of water.
Step 09
Add cornflour mix and cook till the mixture thickens slightly.
Step 10
Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot with fried rice,noodles,chappathi or naan.
