Easy Manchurian recipe with ready made meatballs.
Delicious juicy Meatball Manchurian recipe. I started to try Manchurian recipes after coming Bangalore. My hubby introduced this to me from a Chinese hotel. I liked the sweet and sour taste of manchurian. After that I prepared lot many manchurian dishes at home like soya manchurian,mushroom manchurian etc… This meatball manchurian recipe is from my hubby ( He is a great talented cook. But will not cook much 😉 ). This recipe is so simple and easy to make . We can also make meatballs at home. I will post the meatball recipe soon. You can find other manchurian recipes here

1/2 kg of meatballs.
2 no of onion.
2 no of capsicum
3 tbsp. of finely chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp. of finely chopped ginger
2 tbsp. of chopped coriander leaves
1/2 spn. of sugar(optional)
1/2 spn. of vinegar
1 tbsp. of soya sauce
2 tbsp. of tomato sauce
1 tbsp. of cornflour(for making sauce)
Oil as required
salt as required
Heat 2 spn. of oil in a pan. Shallow fry meatballs till golden brown color. Remove from pan and keep aside.
Heat oil in same pan.
Add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Fry till golden color.
Add finely chopped onion and capsicum. Saute well for 1-2 min.
Add pepper powder,chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Add meatballs and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add sugar(optional), vinegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt.Mix well.
Dilute cornflour in 4 TS of water.
Add cornflour mix and cook till the mixture thickens slightly.
Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot with fried rice,noodles,chappathi or naan.
