    Healthy and tasty paratha made with fenugreek leaves/methi

    Methi paratha is a tasty and healthy flat bread made with whole wheat. As we all know fenugreek leaves are very nutritious and helps to prevent many health problems. Methi paratha is a north Indian dish which can be served with any type of curries. Instead of making plain rotis it is always better to make stuffed parathas which make the dish more healthy and nutritious.     Cheese Paratha

    • 1 cup of finely chopped Fenugreek leaves
    • 1 cup of Wheat Flour
    • 1 cup of Besan Flour
    • 1 tspn. of Chilli Powder
    • 1/2 tspn. of Roasted Cumin Powder
    • 1/2 tspn. of Garam Masala
    • 1/4 tspn. of Turmeric Powder
    • Salt as required
    • 1/2 a cup of Curd


    Step 01

    Take fenugreek leaves from the bunch. Wash and finely chop fenugreek leaves.

    Step 01

    Add wheat flour, besan flour to fenugreek leaves.

    Step 02

    Add chilli powder,cumin powder,garam masala,turmeric powder and curd.

    Step 04

    Mix well and make a dough by adding water slowly.

    Step 05

    Keep aside for 1/2 hour.

    Step 06

    Make lemon shaped balls from the dough and make paratha.
