Milk Jelly Pudding is easy to make delicious 3 layer pudding made with few ingredients. This pudding is so colorful and will make your celebration even more delightful. This pudding has three layers. The first layer is biscuit, the second layer is the milk cornflour layer and the third one is the jelly.
I have already posted yummy and easy to make pudding recipes like Coffee Pudding, Milk Chocolate Pudding, Serradura | Biscuit and cream pudding, Valentine’s day Special – Easy Strawberry Pudding, Crunchy Fruit Pudding, Custard pudding. All these puddings are super delicious.

There are only 10 minutes of cooking time required for making this recipe and we need to refrigerate this milk jelly pudding for 3 hours to set. I powdered the biscuits and mixed it with melted butter. You can also dip the biscuits in milk and directly place them on the pudding tray. Hope you all will like this delicious milk jelly pudding. Ingredients
- 1/2 liter of milk
- 4 tbsp of corn flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milkmaid
- 12 no of tea biscuit
- 1 spn of vanilla essence
- 1 packet jelly mix
Method
Step 1
Powder tea biscuits and transfer to pudding tray. Add 1/4 cup of melted butter and make a sandy mix.
Step 2
Press the biscuit mix well with a spoon or spatula. refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Take 500ml of milk a vessel. Add 4tbsp of cornflour and mix well.
Step 4
Boil the mix. Add sugar and milkmaid. Stir well.
Step 5
Cook till the mix reaches to a thick consistency. Remove from flame set aside for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Take the first layer from the refrigerator and pour the milk mix. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Meantime make jelly. Follow the instructions given in the jelly packet.
Step 8
I took 500ml of boiling water in a bowl and added jelly mix, Stir well and keep aside for 1 minute.
Step 9
Take out the pudding from the refrigerator and pour the jelly mix carefully. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Your pudding is now ready to serve.
