Mulaku Bajji | Chilli Bajji
Mulaku bajji is a very famous South Indian street food made with a special chilli called bajji chilli. We used to prepare chilli bajji especially during iftar. During Ramzan time we prepare variety snacks and this snack is one among those. This is a special spicy mulakku bajji with coconut chutney mixed in besan flour.
Usually we fry mulaku bajji by making a slit lengthwise, dip in besan batter and deep fry. But Here I cut the chillies as shown below which consumes less oil and the bajji will be very cripsy. I have posted Andhra style stuffed chilli with bajji chilli which is a variety must try dish. Hope you all will like this chilli bajji recipe. Please try it out and let me know how it turned out for you.
