Beetroot Cake | Healthy and delicious beetroot cake with multi grain flour
A healthy no bake cake recipe.
Beetroot cake with multigrain atta is one of my successful cooking experiments. Cake is my family’s all time favorite. My son is very fond of tea cakes. Now a days so many easy cake and ice cream videos are coming in cooking websites and channels. I saw one video of carrot cake from a cooking channel. Tried that and came out well.
I made that carrot cake with all purpose flour (maida) and as a maida hater this time I decided to make cake with multi grain flour. I tried the cake with beetroot and multi grain atta. It came out well and the taste was delicious. As I mentioned above, I made this cake without oven. Baked on stove top and please find the step by step photos of the same. The cake was so spongy and fluffy as you can see in the picture. Hope you all will try this healthy cake with beetroot. I am sure you kids will love this cake. Please try it out and let me know how it turned out for you.
How to make Beetroot Cake

1/4 cup of oil
1 pinch of salt
Method

Step 05
Take one non stick kadai and apply ghee or butter. Pour the batter to one non stick pan.
Step 06
Place one big non stick pan and place our baking non stick kadai over it. ( Like the picture below)

Step 07
Cover the pan. Cook in medium flame for 2 minutes and remaining 20 minutes in low flame.
Step 08
Insert a wooden toothpick in the center of the cake, if it comes out clean, your cake is done, otherwise cook for some more time.

Do you pour water in the kadai?

No need of water. Just place one non stick pan and on that place your baking pan.
