Ingredients
2 cup of Oats
1/2 cup of Dal
1 no of Onion
2 no of green chillies
A handful of Coriander leaves
Salt as required
Oil for deep fry
Method
Step 01
Soak dal in water for 3 hours.
Step 02
Just crush dal using grinder for 2 seconds.
Step 03
Add chopped onion,green chilli,coriander leaves and salt in to dal.Mix well with hands.
Step 04
Add oats and mix.
Step 05
Make finger shaped fritters and deep fry in oil.
