Oats Idli
Healthy breakfast with oats
Ingredients
For batter
1 cup of Oats
1/2 cup of Wheat rava
1/2 cup of Curd
1 small piece of Ginger
2 no of Green chillies
1 tbsp. of Corinader leaves
1 cup of Chopped Vegitables
1 spn. of Mustard seed
1 spn. of Urd dal
1 of Curry leaves
1/8 spn. of Baking soda
Salt as required
1 spn. of Oil

Method
Step 01
Take oats in a bowl.Add water little by little and make a thick batter.Add curd,salt.Mix well.Keep aside
Step 02
Finely Chop onion,tomatoes,green chillies and coriander leaves.
Step 03
Add lemon juice and a pinch of salt.Mix well.
Step 04
Steam cook idlis on medium flame for about 10 minutes
