Home made Papaya Ice cream
Yummy and fresh Ice cream made with papaya.Papaya ice cream is so easy to make and contains no unhealthy ingredients.
papaya ice cream is a healthy and nutritious dessert especially for kids who always scream for ice creams. It is very easy to make papaya ice cream without using ice cream powder. Just blend milk,papaya,sugar and cream. That’s it your ice cream is ready.

How to make Papaya ice cream
300g of Riped papaya
1/4 ltr of Milk
2 tbsp of Milk powder
3 tbsp of Fresh Cream
4 tbsp of Sugar
Honey for garnishing
Boil milk and allow to cool.
Take a large bowl and beat papaya,milk powder,cream and sugar. Beat the mixture till it becomes foamy.(If you don’t have beater,you can use mixer grinder(grind milk,milk powder and sugar for 1 minute.After that add papaya and grind for 1/2 min)
Freeze it for 4 hours.
After 4 hours take ice cream from freezer and again beat well( or you can grind for 2-3 minutes)
Again freeze it for 5-6 hours.
Garnish with honey while serving.
