Pathiri and Kozhi curry

Traditional Malabar dish

Pathiri and kozhi curry (chicken curry) is one of the traditional recipe of Kerala Muslim Cuisine. In our home my mom used to make this at least once in a week. My brothers love to eat pathiri with coconut milk and chicken curry. I have already posted Pathiri Recipe. Here I made chicken curry in a different way. Added ground coconut mix and some fennel seeds which gives a nice aroma to the curry and this curry is so easy to make because there is no sauteing and all. Just slow cook the chicken with onion and tomato and then add ground coconut mix. Hope you all will like this curry.
