Pavakka Pachadi / Bitter gourd in Curd
Traditional Kerala dish made with bitter gourd and curd
Pachadi is an an important side dish that we prepare for ona sadya, vishu etc… We can prepare pachadi with both vegetables and fruits. I think this is the easiest dish among sadya recipes. This pavakka pachadi(bittergourd) is so simple and easy to make. Just we need to fry bitter gourd and then add to curd. Seasoning is not necessary but if we do, it will increase the taste. I am sure you love the crispiness of pavakka along with the sweet tangy taste of curd.
I would like to share my other pachadi recipes with you.
