Pazham pulissery is a sweet and tangy dish prepared for festivals like Onam, Vishu etc… We used to prepare pulissery with mango, grape, banana etc. Usually, pulissery will have a sweet tangy taste because of the ripe fruits. If you want more sweetness in pulissery, you can add sugar or jaggery. I have already posted recipes like Mambazha Pulissery(Ripe mango curry) which is also a very tasty and traditional dish of Kerala. Hope you all will like these recipes.
