Spicy chicken fry with pepper


Pepper chicken recipe – Spicy and easy to make chicken fry with pepper. This is a dry fry recipe which requires very few ingrediants. We can prepare this fry wtihin 15 minutes. Cooking meat always in low flame make it soft and tender. I have already tried pepper chicken gravy and it also came out very well. How to make Pepper Chicken Fry

Ingredients

1/2 kg of chicken(large pieces preferred )
2 tbsp. of Pepper powder
1 tbsp. of Ginger garlic paste
1 spn. of Vinegar
1 spn. of Lemon
20 no of Shallots
10 no of Garlic
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. of Oil

Method

Step 01


Marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste,1/4 S of pepper powder,vinegar.lemon juice and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes(with ½ glass of water). Do not overcook pieces.

Step 02


If there is excess water, open the lid and cook.

Step 03


Slice shallots and garlic in to half and keep aside.

Step 04


Heat oil in a pan.

Step 05


Add pepper powder and saute for 1 minute.

Step 06


Add sliced small onion,garlic,curry leaves and fry till golden brown color.

Step 07


Add chicken pieces and mix well.

Step 08


Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 09


Remove from flame.Garnish with fried potatoes
