Easy and yummy Chinese Style Prawns fry
Peppi Prawns is a yummy Chinese style prawns fry. The spicy pepper blends well with the soy coated prawns. Like all other prawns fry,peppi prawns also quiet simple. Hope you all will like this. 250 g of Prawns
1/2 spoon of Black pepper powder
2 tbsp of Black pepper crushed
1 1/2 tbsp of Light soy sauce
2 tbsp of Cornflour
2 tbsp of Chopped garlic
2 spoon of Chopped ginger
1 sliced onion
2 tbsp of Chopped spring onion
Oil as required
Salt as required
marinate prawns with 1/2 of cornflour,soy sauce,pepper powder,crushed pepper and salt.keep aside for 15 minute.
Deep fry prawns and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped garlic.Fry well.
Add chopped ginger.Fry for 1 minute.
Add sliced onion.Fry for 1 minute.
Add fried prawns and mix well.
Add pepper powder,crushed pepper and soy sauce.Mix well and fry for 1/2 minute.
Add 3 TS of water and cook for 1 minute.
Dilute 1 TS of cornflour in 4 TS of water and add to prawns .Mix well and stir well for 1 minute.
Add spring onion and mix well.
