    Pepper Prawns – delicious Chinese style prawns fry. Prawns recipes are one of the most famous dishes of coastal areas of India. As it name implies the dominant flavor of this recipe is pepper which nicely blended with the soy sauce.

    I have already tried some delicious prawns recipes like Kerala style easy prawns fry,Dried prawns curry (Konchum Manga),Prawn masala,Dried Prawns chutney powder (chemmeen podi),Pepper prawns,Prawns head fry.

    Unlike other seafood recipes prawns have very less cooking time and while cooking this fry, cook the prawns only for 4-5 minutes. Similarly cook the onion for 1-2 minutes without loosing the crunchy consistency. This will give a unique sweet flavor to the dish. Hope you all will like this Pepper prawns recipe.     250 g of Prawns
    1/2 spoon of Black pepper powder
    2 tbsp of Black pepper crushed
    1 1/2 tbsp of Light soy sauce
    2 tbsp of Cornflour
    2 tbsp of Chopped garlic
    2 spoon of Chopped ginger
    1 sliced onion
    2 tbsp of Chopped spring onion
    Oil as required
    Salt as required


    Step 01

    marinate prawns with 1/2 of cornflour,soy sauce,pepper powder,crushed pepper and salt.keep aside for 15 minute.

    Step 02

    Deep fry prawns and keep aside.

    Step 03

    Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped garlic.Fry well.

    Step 04

    Add chopped ginger.Fry for 1 minute.

    Step 05

    Add sliced onion.Fry for 1 minute.

    Step 06

    Add fried prawns and mix well.

    Step 07

    Add pepper powder,crushed pepper and soy sauce.Mix well and fry for 1/2 minute.

    Step 08

    Add 3 TS of water and cook for 1 minute.

    Step 09

    Dilute 1 TS of cornflour in 4 TS of water and add to prawns .Mix well and stir well for 1 minute.

    Step 10

    Add spring onion and mix well.
