    Peppi Prawns is a yummy Chinese style prawns fry. The spicy pepper blends well with the soy coated prawns. Like all other prawns fry,peppi prawns also quiet simple. Hope you all will like this.     pepper prawns fry

    Ingredients

    250 g of Prawns
    1/2 spoon of Black pepper powder
    2 tbsp of Black pepper crushed
    1 1/2 tbsp of Light soy sauce
    2 tbsp of Cornflour
    2 tbsp of Chopped garlic
    2 spoon of Chopped ginger
    1 sliced onion
    2 tbsp of Chopped spring onion
    Oil as required
    Salt as required

    Method

    Step 01


    marinate prawns with 1/2 of cornflour,soy sauce,pepper powder,crushed pepper and salt.keep aside for 15 minute.

    Step 02


    Deep fry prawns and keep aside.

    Step 03


    Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped garlic.Fry well.

    Step 04


    Add chopped ginger.Fry for 1 minute.

    Step 05


    Add sliced onion.Fry for 1 minute.

    Step 06


    Add fried prawns and mix well.

    Step 07


    Add pepper powder,crushed pepper and soy sauce.Mix well and fry for 1/2 minute.

    Step 08


    Add 3 TS of water and cook for 1 minute.

    Step 09


    Dilute 1 TS of cornflour in 4 TS of water and add to prawns .Mix well and stir well for 1 minute.

    Step 10


    Add spring onion and mix well.
