Pineapple Fried Rice
Delicious fried rice recipe with juicy pineapple
Delicious pineapple fried rice with vegetables and dry fruits. Adding pineapple in dishes will give a different taste and aroma. I used to add pineapple piece while making biriyani. I have already tried some varity fried recipes like Soya chunks fried riceand cauliflower fried rice.Hope you all will like this sweet and tangy pineapple fried rice too.

Ingredients
- 2 cup of Basmati rice
- 1 cup of Chopped Pineapple
- 1/4 cup of chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup of Chopped capsicum
- 1/4 cup of Chopped onion
- 2 TS of Chopped celery
- 1 S cup of Soy sauce
- 1 S of Tomato sauce
- 1 S of Crushed pepper
- 5 no of Nuts
- 5 no of Raisins
- 1 S of Butter
Method
Step 01
Cook rice.Drain it and keep aside.(Make sure water is boiling before adding rice.Add 1 S oil,salt and 1 S of vinegar along with rice).
Step 02
Heat butter in a pan.
Step 03
Add chopped carrots,beans and capsicum.Saute for 2-3 min.
Step 04
Add chopped onion and saute for 1 min.Add pepper and salt.
Step 05
Add cooked rice and mix well.Add soy sauce and tomato sauce.Mix well.
Step 06
Finally add chopped pineapple,roasted nuts and raisins.Again mix well and cover the lid of pan.
Step 07
Cook or 1-2 min in low flame.Serve hot with chicken fry,chicken roast etc…
