This milkshake is prepared with plantain, milk, and sugar. Plantains are very reliable sources of starch and energy. Here I would like to share the recipe of a simple and delicious milkshake. I have added cornflakes and roasted peanuts as a topping which gives a crunchy taste to the shake but it is completely optional.

1/4 ltr of frozen milk
1 spn. of Boost
2 tbsp. of Sugar
2 tbsp. of crushed peanuts
2 tbsp. of cornflakes


Step 01

Blend plantain,milk,boost,and sugar together.

Step 02

Pour into glass and garnish with peanuts and cornflakes.
