Poha Upma with fried potatoes and onion. This is the second day of my kids breakfast menu week. First day breakfast menu was Set Dosa and Roasted gram chutney. Today I would like to share one healthy upma recipe with poha/beaten rice/aval. Poha is very healthy and nutritious. I made this poha upma with potatoes and onion. You an also add any vegetables of your choice. The Nice aroma of fried potatoes brings a delicious taste to this upma. This is one the best recipe from my Mom’s kitchen. How to make Poha Upma?
Ingredients
- 2 cup of Poha/Beaten rice
- 2 no of potato
- 1 no of onion
- 1/4 spn. of turmeric powder
- 2 no of green chillies(optional)
- 1/2 spn. of mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp. of curry leaves
- 1 tbsp. of oil
- Salt for taste
