Non spicy and nutritious omelette recipe with potatoes and spinach

Potato spinach omelette in 5 minutes. This is an easy to make healthy side dish especially good for kids. Only 5 ingredients needed to make this recipe. I tried this potato spinach omelette for my kids who will always say ‘No’ to leaves. Taste of this omelette depends on how thinly you are slicing the potatoes. I have already tried 3 different varieties of healthy omelette recipes like Spinach omelette,drumstick leaves omelette,corn spinach omelette. All these omelette recipes are rich in protein,iron and many other minerals. Hope you all will like this healthy omelette recipes.


How to make Potato spinach omelette


1 cup of chopped spianch
2 no of eggs
1 no of potatoes(thinly sliced)
1/2 spn. of turmeric powder
1/2 spn. of oil
Salt as required

Preparation Method

Step 01

Beat eggs along with chopped spinach,sliced potatoes,turmeric powder and salt.

Step 02

Heat a non stick pan.(Drizzle oil or butter)

Step 03

Pour egg mix in to the pan. cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes(low flame).

Step 04

Flip over and cook the other side for 2 minutes in low flame. Finally just increase the flame and cook for 1 minutes without covering the pan.

Step 05

Serve hot with rice,chappathi etc…
Note :

Great way to get kids eat spinach.
Pregnant women can also have this daily along with roti,rice etc…It is Non spicy,nutritious and delicious.
