How to make Pottukadala Laddu


2 cup of roasted gram/Pottukadala
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of crushed badam(optional)
1/4 cup of ghee
1/2 spn. of cardamom powder


Step 01

Powder pottukadala to fine powder.

Step 02

Powder sugar.Mix it with pottukadala powder.Add crushed badam,cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 03

Heat ghee in a pan.

Step 04

Add the mixture and turn of the flame.Mix well.

Step 05

Soon make laddus from the mixture.If you are not able make laddus, add 1-2 spn. of ghee.

Step 06

Store in airtight container
