1/2 kg of prawns
2 tbsp. of Cornflour
1 tbsp. of Ginger garlic paste
1 spn. of Kashmiri chilli powder
1 spn. of Lemon juice
Salt as required
Oil for deep fry

Chinese Batter Fried Prawns Preparation Method

Step 01

Clean and wash prawns

Step 02

Make a thick paste of cornflour,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,chilli powder ,lemon juice and salt.

Step 03

Marinate prawns with this paste and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 04

Heat toil in a pan.Deep fry till cooked and crispy.
