My kids love Prawns Fry which is very easy to make and perfect side dish for rice.
This prawns roast is a semi gravy type with the goodness of Kerala spices. I served this prawns roast with chapati and it was so yummy with the onion tomato masala. Add coriander leaves after preparing the rast which gives a unique taste to the roast. Do not over the prawns as it become rubbery texture if cooked for a long time. But make sure it is cooked properly becuase undercooked prawns are not safe to eat.
