Ragi Set Dosa
Healthy sponge dosa with Finger millet
Appam or Set Dosa is south India’s traditional breakfast item. It is a very easy-to- make and a healthy recipe. The recipe of set dosa and ragi dosa is almost same. Only the difference is we are adding ragi. For making this ragi dosa, we need to soak ragi,rice and urd dal for 4-5 hours, grind and ferment for 5-6 hours. Using this batter we can make uthappam,Dosa etc… There are lot many side dishes like Coconut Chutney,Mint Chutney,8 types of chutney recipes collections.
How to make Ragi Set Dosa?
Ingredients
- 3 cups of Unboiled rice(pachari)
- 1 cup of Finger millet/Ragi(Not Flour)
- 1/2 cup of Urad Dal
- 2 tbsp. of Rice
- Salt for taste
