Rajma Hummus | A perfect side dish for chapathi, roti and fried items
A healthy and delicious middle eastern starter dip.
Hummus is a protein rich and delicious spread. It is a perfect appetizer side dish for vegetarians. My mother in law introduced me this wonderful dish. She used to prepare hummus for chapathi along with spicy chicken fry. I liked the earthy flavor of it and started doing experiments on hummus. Normally we prepare hummus with chickpea. Long before I have tried Beetroot Hummus. It was very colorful and rich in nutrients. This time I made hummus with rajma. The recipe is so simple and easy to make. Rajma is rich in cholesterol lowering fiber and contains lots of protein. I have already tried Easy Rajma Masala and Dal Makhani. Hope you all will like these recipe too.
