    Ingredients

    • 2 cups of Wheat Flour
    • 1/2 cup of Rava/Sooji/Semolina
    • 1/4 cups of Curd
    • Oil for Deep Frying
    • Salt to taste

    Method


    Step 01

    Soak rava in 1 cup of water for 5 min.

    Step 02

    Squeeze Rava from water and mix with wheat flour.

    Step 03

    Add curd and salt in to the mix and make a soft dough.Keep it aside for 1 hour

    Step 04

    Make large poori and fry in oil.
