Ingredients
- 10 no of Sardine
- 20 no of Small onion/Shallots
- 5 no of Green chilli
- 1 small piece of Ginger
- 10 no of Garlic cloves
- 1 cup of Grated Coconut
- 1/4 spn. of Turmeric powder
- 1/2 spn. of Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 spn. of Mustard seeds
- Salt to taste
- 2 spn. of Mustard seeds
Method
Step 01
Cook the fish along with salt,chilli powder and turmeric Powder with 1/2 glass of water.Step 02
Once it is cooked,allow to cool and remove the thorn.Step 03
Heat oil in a pan.Step 04
Splutter mustard seeds,chopped green chillies,finely chopped ginger,garlic and curry leaves. Fry well for 1 min.Step 05
Add grated coconut and saute well for 1 min.Step 06
Add fish and stir for 2 minutes.Step 07
Cover lid of pan and cook for 2-3 min.Step 08
