Sardine Pickle | Mathi Achar
One of the best dish from my Mother-in-law’s kitchen 🙂
Sardine pickle / mathi achar recipe. This is a spicy pickle made with fried sardine. Sardine recipes are highly nutritious and rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. My MIL used to make this pickle often. We all love this pickle so much especially my younger sis-in-law who is a great foodie like my hubby. I am sure you all will love this pickle. Please try it out and let me know how it turned out for you. Thank you umma for this wonderful recipe.
