Serradura | Biscuit and cream pudding
Serradura is actually a layered chilled dessert made up of a sweetened, whipped cream and crushed biscuits.
I got this recipe from a food magazine.There the writer quoted this recipe as the most delicious dessert he ever had.I tried this one and truly it was delicious.So go and check your fridge and see if you still have leftover cream ,biscuits ..Transform them in to this no-bake dessert.This dessert is something like a local refrigerator cake.Enjoy… :).
Ingredients
- 10 Marie biscuits
- 5 TS of Fresh cream
- 5 TS of Condensed milk
Serradura Preparation Method
Step 01
Crush Marie biscuits finely(I used small jar of mixer grinder).
Step 02
Take cream and condensed milk in a bowl.Whip till firm peaks form.
Step 03
Take a pudding bowl. Place a layer of biscuit into your bowl.Then add cream mix. Repeat until bowl is filled.Top layer should be biscuit.
Step 04
Chill in the freezer for 5 hours. When serving, leave it out for 5-10 min.
Step 05
Sprinkle some more biscuit on top at the time of serving.
