Healthy and delicious burger made with soya chunks
Soya chunks burger is a very healthy and nutritious burger which will impress your kids for sure. Making healthy snacks for kids is always a headache for we moms. Snacks are the unavoidable part of kids daily menu. Burgers are their all time favorite snack too. My son like burgers very much especially the patty. So I thought of making something delicious and healthy with burger and tried this soya chunks burger. Hope you all will like this recipe.

How to make soya chunks burger
Ingredients
2 whole wheat or multi grain bun
100g of soya chunks
1 no of potato
1/2 no of onion
1 spn. of lemon juice
1 tbsp. of coriander leaves
1/8 spn. of chilli powder(or pepper powder)
1/8 spn. of turmeric powder
1/6 spn. of chaat masala
2 tbsp. of oats
1 tbsp. of oil
1 no of tomato
2-3 no of lettuce leaves
3-4 slices of cucumber
2 spn. of mayonnaise
2 spn. of tomato sauce
Soya Burger Preparation Method
Step 01
Cook soya chunks and crush it using grinder(How to cook soya chunks).Boil potato and mash it with hands.
Step 02
Take crushed soya chunks,mashed potatoes,finely chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves,chaat masala, chilli powder(optional),turmeric powder,lemon juice in a bowl. Mix it well with hands.
Step 03
Make burger patties from the mix with 1 inch thickness (or more you want to be.)

Coat patty evenly with oats(or you can use breadcrumbs)
Step 04
Heat a tbsp. of oil in a nonstick pan.
Step 05
Halve the burger bun horizontally.
Step 06
Apply mayonnaise on the base half and tomato sauce on the top half.
Step 07
Place lettuce leaves on the base half and place patty on this.
Step 08
Top with cucumber (or you can use onion) and some more tomato sauce(optional).
Step 09
Cover it with top half and serve immediately.

4.Coat patty evenly with oats(you can also use breadcrumbs)

5.Heat a tbsp. of oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry patty both the side till golden brown color.


6. Thinly slice tomatoes and cucumber. Clean and wash lettuce. Keep everything in a plate.

7.Halve the burger bun horizontally.


8.Apply mayonnaise on the base half.

9.Apply tomato sauce on the top half

10.Place lettuce leaves on the base half.

11.And place patty on this.

12. Place sliced tomato on the top of patty.

13. Apply some tomato sauce(optional).

14.Top with cucumber (or you can use onion).

15.Cover it with top half and serve immediately.
