Delicious Chicken fry recipe

An absolutely delicious side dish for chapathi or rice. It is an easy to make and soft chicken fry recipe with grounded onion and leaves mix. Just we need to fry onion,leaves and green chillies. Grind it and mix with fired chicken pieces. Tasty chicken fry is ready. 500g of chicken
For marination
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
2 tbsp. of curd
1/4 spn. of chilli powder
1/2 spn. of turmeric powder
1/4 spn. of pepper powder
Salt as required
For making Masala
3 no of onion
6-7 no of green chillies
A handful of coriander leaves
A handful of mint leaves
2 tbsp. of crushed ginger and garlic
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
2 tbsp. of curd
1/6 spn. of chilli powder
1/2 spn. of turmeric powder
1/2 spn. of garam masala
Salt as required
Oil for fry

Easy Chicken Fry Preparation Method

Step 01

Clean and cut chicken in to small pieces.

Step 02

Marinate chicken pieces with ingredients given under ‘marination’.

Step 03

Keep in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

Step 04

Heat 3 tbsp. of oil in a nonstick pan.

Step 05

Add chicken pieces. Cover the pan and cook in medium flame.

Step 06

Mean time heat 1 spn. of oil in another pan.

Step 07

Add sliced onion and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add crushed ginger garlic.

Step 08

Fry till the raw smell goes off.

Step 09

Add coriander leaves and mint leaves. Fry for another 2 minutes in medium flame.

Step 10

Switch off the flame and allow to cool.

Step 11

Grind the onion mix for 2 seconds.

Step 12

Once the chicken pieces cooked,remove from flame.

Step 13

Put the onion mix again in the same pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 14

Add fried chicken pieces and mix well.

Step 15

Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
