    Tandoori chicken is a very popular side dish in Indian restaurants which is a generously spiced chicken fry prepared in a cylindrical clay oven called Tandoor. Here I would like to share you the recipe of soft and tender tandoori chicken in oven. Compared to other roast recipes, this tandoori chicken is very easy to make and it requires very less ingredients. We are preparing this chicken fry in oven.

    Restaurant style tandoori chicken has a vibrant color because of Kashmiri chilly powder and they are also using food coloring to make it more attractive. But here we are not using any food coloring to make the dish more healthy and maintain the goodness of homemade food. The unique combination of yogurt and Indian spices make this chicken fry so delicious.

    • 1 kg of chicken
    • 1 cup of yogurt
    • 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
