Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg. of Tomatoes
- 1 Kg. of Basmati or Half boiled Rice
- 1 tspn. of Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp. of Garam Masala
- 2-3 sticks of Cinamon
- Some Coriander Leaves
- Some Mint Leaves
- Salt as required
- 3 tbsp. of Ghee/Banspati
Method
Step 01
Heat ghee in a heavy bottom vessel.
Step 02
Add cinnamon and cardamom ,saute well.
Step 03
Add tomatoes and stir well till it gets cooked.
Step 04
Add chilli powder,garam masala and salt.
Step 05
Add rice after 2 minute.
Step 06
Add 1 3/4 glass of water for 1 glass rice.
Step 07
Add some mint leaves and coriander leaves.close the lid and cook the rice
Step 08
Garnish with coriander leaves.
