• 2 riped Bananas
    • 1 cup of grated coconut
    • 1/2 tsp. of Cardamom powder
    • Some Kismis(Dried Grapes)
    • 1/4 cups of Sugar
    • Some curry leaves
    • 1 tsp. of Ghee
    • Oil for Shallow frying


    Step 01

    Half boil banana.

    Step 02

    Remove the peel and grind the bananas to a smooth dough without adding water.

    Step 03

    Mix grated coconut,sugar,cardomom powder and kismis(You can add scrambled egg also).

    Step 04

    Oil your hands with ghee.Add tomatoes and cook for 5 min.

    Step 05

    Take small balls banana mix,flatten it on your palm.

    Step 06

    Fill 2 spoon of coconut mix in to it.

    Step 07

    Fold edges and roll it in your hands and shape it as u like.

    Step 08

    Heat oil in a pan,fry the rolls.
