How to make unniyappam
Traditional Kerala sweet snack.
unniyappam is a tasty traditional snack of Kerala. It is kids’ all-time favorite snack maybe because of the shape. The name “unni” means small kid and “appam” means snack kind of. There is a special pot called unniyappachatti for making this snack. We can prepare this snack in many ways like without adding bananas, by adding maida etc… Here in this recipe I have explained the traditional way. You can also try my Oats-unniyappam which is more healthy and easy. If we are not adding bananas we can store them for one week. I would like to share some other delicious snacks recipes like neyyappam, sweet kozhukkatta, paal kozhukkatta, pazham pori,Sugiyan etc… Dear friends, please try out this recipes and let me know how it went out for you. <p< p=””> </p<>
