I used to prepare pakkavada twice a month for my hubby’s lazy weekend 4 ‘O clock tea party. I like the crunchiness and nice aroma of onion and green chillies. Mostly we prepare pakkavada with onion and I also tried Cabbage Pakkavada onetime which was very crunchy and tasty. This time I thought of preparing pakkavada some more healthy and added carrots, beans, cauliflower etc… Vegetable Pakkavada came out well as I expected; not much crispy like onion pakkavada but tasty and I can make my dears to eat more vegetables.
