Vegetable Pakkavada
Vegetable pakkavada recipe – A very famous south Indian snack prepared with besan flour and vegetables.
Pakkavada/Ullivada is a famous South Indian traditional snack. We can see pakkavada in almost every street shops of India. I used to prepare pakkavada twice a month for my hubby’s lazy weekend 4 ‘O clock tea party. I like the crunchiness and nice aroma of onion and green chillies. Mostly we prepare pakkavada with onion and I also tried Cabbage Pakkavada onetime which was very crunchy and tasty. This time I thought of preparing pakkavada some more healthy and added carrots, beans, cauliflower etc… Vegetable Pakkavada came out well as I expected; not much crispy like onion pakkavada but tasty and I can make my dears to eat more vegetables. Please try out these pakkavada recipes. It is a perfect snack option for iftar time (ramadan). I would like to know how the pakkavada turned out for you.
