Vegetable raita recipe
Tangy raita with mixed vegetables and yogurt
Vegetable raita with the goodness of yogurt and mixed vegetables like cucumber,carrot,onion etc… We used to serve raitas with biryani,pulao,roti etc… There are lot many raita varieties of like carrot raita,beetroot raita,cucumber raita etc… I have already posted Crispy bhindi raita which goes well with aloo paratha and soya keema paratha. You can also chechk for some kerala raita recipes like carrot raita,beetroot raita,bitter gourd raita which goes well with plain rice. Hope you all will try out this recipes.
How to make mixed vegetable raita
Ingredients
1 cup of finely chopped onion
1 cup of finely chopped carrots
1 cup of finely chopped cucumber
1 cup of finely chopped tomatoes without pulp.
1 cup of thick Curd
2 tbsp. of finely chopped coriander leaves
2 no of finely chopped green chillies
Salt as required
Method
Step 01
Take a glass bowl and add all the chopped vegetables. Add salt and coriander leaves. Mix well with hands for 2 minutes.
Step 02
Keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 03
Add curd only at the time of serving
