Wheat Dosa (Gothambu Dosa)

Easy breakfast idea .Need only 3 ingredients.

Wheat dosa is a very healthy and easy-to-make breakfast recipe with only three ingredients. This is a common breakfast item of my home during lazy weekends. Compared to other dosas, this healthy dosa is very easy to prepare because no fermentation is required. We can prepare it within 10 minutes. The perfect combination of wheat dosa is with tomato chutney. It also goes well with chutney powder, fish curry, chicken curry etc… Wheat dosa is very good for weight loss and for diabetic patients. I have severed wheat dosa with tomato chutney. Please try out this simple and healthy dosa recipe and let me know how it turned out for you. 1 cup of Wheat Salt as required 1 1/2 cup of Wheat


Step 01

Combine wheat flour and salt in a bowl.

Step 02

Add water little by little and make a thick batter.Make sure to stir well so that no lumps are formed.

Step 03

Heat a fry pan.

Step 04

Pour one big ladle of batter in the tawa and slightly spread it

Step 05

Cook for 1 minute in medium flame.Do not cover the pan.

Step 06

Flip over and cook other side for 1 minute.
